> So if you are new to me or new to my world, then a little bit about me. I am Sarah. Hello. I am a health and wellness coach and therapist.
>
> So with regards to this recording, this video, this women and pain training. My background is in biomechanics and sports and remedial massage, so sports injury and pain.
>
> I have over 20 years in the health and wellness industry.
>
> And I have worked specifically with women with back and pelvic pain and menstrual cycle and hormones and menopause and on and on and on.
>
> I am from Wrexham in North Wales. And thanks to Rob and Ryan, a lot of people know where Wrexham is now.
>
> In the image, this is Lola. She's a Rottweiler Doberman cross. She is nearly seven. And she's my baby girl.
>
> I am a mum to Dexter and Morgan and yes they are named after the book or the show.
>
> I am married to James and we've been married 20 years. So it's our 20th anniversary this year coming. And we've been together since we were 15. So we were in school when we got together and I asked him out and thankfully he said yes.
>
> I am highly sensitive. I'm an introvert, which is why these recordings work really well as opposed to doing them live. I'm an obsessive note taker, I'm a research geek. And I've recently discovered that I'm neurodivergent. And this explains the highly sensitive bit, the issues with noise, the auditory processing issues that I've got going on, and obviously the obsessive note taking and research and all the rest of it. So it explains a lot, but all that is brilliant when it comes to things like this recording.
>
> The other caveat I actually want to say, or the caveat that I have to put in is that I do swear a lot. And I am. Sorry, not sorry, because it is part of who I am. But it does mean that if you're listening to this and you've got littlies around, or people who are a bit more sensitive to those words, then maybe use some headphones and listen to it that way.
