# The Cosy Couch Collective
##### Facebook Group
---
The Cosy Couch Collective is my private, women-only Facebook group for readers, clients and friends. It’s somewhere to carry on the conversation: to ask questions, share what you’ve discovered, and connect with myself and others along the way.
---
## Why women only?
So much of what I write and talk about comes from women’s experiences – health, pain, hormones, and all the messy bits of life that don’t fit into neat little boxes. I’ve seen how often women are dismissed or left feeling like they have to explain themselves. I want us to have somewhere we can speak openly about what’s going on and feel supported without judgement.
Seeing women support other women lights me up. Keeping this group women-only is one way I can make space for that: somewhere we can be real, raw and honest, ask questions, share our stories and learn from each other. Our experiences won’t all be the same, and that’s okay. There’s room for all of us to bring our own stories.

## House rules
- 🌟 **Respect confidentiality.** We’re here to be real, raw and honest. Do NOT share anyone’s posts outside this group. Period.
- 💖 **Be kind.** Help create a supportive group by sharing positive and encouraging feedback. We’re all human and sometimes mess up, but I’ve got zero tolerance for anything hateful. Different viewpoints are welcome. If you don’t agree with someone, be polite or keep scrolling. No exceptions.
- 🚫 **No self-promo.** This isn’t the place to promote your stuff unless it’s in a designated post.
- ✨ **Be real.** It’s okay to be vulnerable and honest. The deeper we dig, the more we uncover. Bring your true self.
- 💬 **Ask and share.** Feel free to ask questions and post your insights, wonderings and musings. That’s how we learn from each other.
- 🤔 **Don’t assume advice is wanted.** Don’t give advice unless it’s asked for. If you’re itching to give advice, double-check if it’s actually wanted. If it’s not clear, ask in the comments.
- 🤗 **Be clear about support.** When you’re looking for support, be clear about what you need. If you want advice, say so. If you just want to feel your feels and be held, say that too.
