# Welcome
Hey 👋🏻 - I’m so glad you’re here.
This course didn’t start with a perfect plan.
I recorded Part 1 because I needed to get something out of my head - and into your hands.
And at first, I thought that would be enough. But the more I sat with it, the more I realised… there’s *so much more* women need to understand about pain.
So I kept going.
Parts 2, 3 and 4 came next. Creating a full course. Hence these parts actually became modules.
Each of the part was designed to stand alone and were layered on top of what came before.
That means there’s a little overlap sometimes (like how I introduce DIMs and SIMs in Part 1 and then dive deeper in Part 4). But honestly? That’s how real learning works.
We circle back. We go deeper. We connect the dots in our own way.

## How the Course is Structured
Each part includes the **main recording in full** - for those of you who prefer to watch it all in one go without having to keep clicking “next lesson.” No faff. Just hit play and you're ready to go.
That same content is also **broken down into bite-sized lessons**. With notes and captions and slides. So if shorter chunks feel more doable, or if you only have ten minutes or brain-fog, that’s here for you too.
And even if you do watch the full thing in one sitting, the bite-sized versions are handy for coming back later. To revisit something that hit home. Or replay a bit you wanted to hear again.
