I am a women’s health and wellness coach. I’ve been in the industry for over 20 years. I started out as a fitness instructor, went into classes and personal training and massage. And it’s just evolved along the way. I went into biomechanics and realised that I was seeing a lot of women in pain, especially in their 40s and 50s, and realised there was a hormonal connection with that. That’s why I’ve moved more into women’s health—or women’s wellness, which I think is a better term for it. So I am from Wrexham in North Wales. Thanks to Rob and Ryan, most people now have a little bit of an idea where Wrexham is. I am mum to Dexter and Morgan, and I’ve been married to James for 19 years. We’ve been together since high school. We were 15 when we got together 26 years ago. I am highly sensitive. I’m an introvert. I’m an obsessive note taker. I’m a research geek. I have to research everything. I recently discovered I am neurodivergent after somebody who follows me on Facebook pointed it out. And I went, oh, yes. OK. Yeah, I probably am autistic. I’ve researched it, but I haven’t been tested. But I think that’s pretty much the case. And I swear lots and lots. So if you are watching this with little ones around, please maybe stick some headphones on. Things do slip out, as they usually do. That is my baby girl, by the way. She is a Rottweiler–Doberman cross, her name’s Lola and she’s my baby girl. And she’s asleep on the sofa at the moment next to me.
