Sometimes, we have a grasp on life. Other times, our thoughts cause a wobble. We feel like we are so close to the edge that we might just slip. But wobbles are normal. They are not a step backwards despite them often feeling that way. And our thoughts are not something we need to grab hold of. They are like clouds passing us by. No need to grasp at everyone that passes over us. No need to fight them, numb them, or run from them. Instead, simply observe them. Then let them go. Thoughts are not bad. It’s our perception we need to change. Remember... Don't try to stop the anxious thoughts that come into your mind. Let them come. Let them go. They won't stay for too long if you don't hold on to them.
